Patent Free Zone started at the initiative of JiNan Glasgow, who is passionately dedicated to sharing the idea to create immediate and lasting impact. As the founder and CEO of Neopatents, an intellectual property consultancy and patent mapping company, JiNan consults with many of the world's leading patent holders. She is deeply involved in many efforts to support indigenous enterprise in Africa, South America and the rest of the developing world.
